GoogleHi , I viewed a few houses with this company and was very happy with their service. Michael was extremely helpful and happy to assist us with choosing a place. The office staff also were very efficient with all the paperwork etc and answering all our queries Thanks, Eileen

GoogleAwful experience. Went to view a property and the agent was 25 minutes late. When he finally arrived he stayed on his phone in the car even after seeing we were waiting to view the property. I went to his car and asked if he was showing the property and was waved off. He finally walked down to the property (on his phone the entire time), didn’t say hello or apologise for being late. The property was dirty, tiles were missing and was nothing like the photos. We felt too uncomfortable to ask any questions as the agent had been so rude and ignorant. We asked for his name before we left and he replied “never worry” and slammed the property’s door in our faces. Awful service and extremely rude, has completely put us off renting with them in the future. Not sure if they act like this because they think it’s fine towards students (we are actually not students and are young working professionals) but either way it’s unacceptable. Have put a complaint in but doubt this will go anywhere.

GoogleSHELL COMPANY OF M&M PROPERTY SERVICES, CHECK THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE Absolutely disgusting people and mediocre houses. Was recently pulled into a lawsuit by the landlord for a house I hadn't even been living in. Sleep on the streets before you sleep in one of these horrible houses, they make their money solely from ripping off first year students. Be careful as they're also under the names go2 BSA and University Rentals

GoogleI rang this agency with some simple questions, and the level of confusion and ineptitude which followed was farcical. In the end I had to politely end the conversation because both agents I spoke to were impossible to communicate with, and one was downright aggressive. Don't ignore the reviews like I did, they are bloody awful.

GoogleStay away at all costs. The landlord is a sad old man who wants to inflict his unhappiness upon others. Absolutely appalling standards of service. No value is placed upon you as a tenant at all. I'd rather live in the woods than rent off this lot again, and that is not an exaggeration.

GoogleThis 'company' is a shell company and is run by M&M property services. If this seems confusing to you, please take a look at M&M property services reviews from past students and you will see the reason to why they needed to start a new name to draw in business
