GoogleI have just purchased and sold a house with UPS cavehill. The team could not have been more helpful. Constantly keeping me up to date with whats going on with my property for sale including appointments and the viewers feedback and offers. When i tried to buy the new property i was outbid. I then got a call to tell me that the sale had fallen through to my joy allowing me to purchase my dream house! Craig, Donna and Richard in particular have been fantastic. Thanks very much team

Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.

GoogleWould give no stars if could, such a bad approach, if you want to market your property professionally go elsewhere, I was left chasing to get feedback from any viewers that viewed my property due to what appeared lack of interest from UPS Cavehill, I was left phoning office to see if any interest despite being told by Johnny on visiting my property that he had a list of potential buyers that would be interested in it but yet none of these appeared. I was told I was incorrect when I informed him of the lack of leads being chased. Such bad customer service. Don’t waste your time or money use another agent otherwise you will be left frustrated and left having to constantly be on phone chasing them.

GoogleWhat a disaster. I won't elaborate as it makes me angry..but don't have an dealings with these people. They are totally incompetent. What a lot of grief I would have saved myself had I avoided them. My advice is to go to Shanks a few doors down..what a great service from Barbara and the team. Excellent!

GoogleHorrible experience with ups cavehill branch, put my 1st property on with them to sell after jumping into the property game. Nightmare from start to finish, ended up pulling property off market after 6months with ups and proceeded with a different agent(colin Graham residential) I found some of the ups team very arrogant and rude-as if they looked down there nose at you My calls weren't being returned, they told me they were contacting the buyer on a daily basis who had been sale agreed for 3months, in the end I had to contact buyer myself to see where I stood and he told me that no one from ups was contacting him on a daily basis-so frustrating Complete farce and would never use again unless majority of staff changed especially branch manager In saying that there were 2 staff members who were trying to help I felt-the rest were a shambles Bought my own home off them 10 yrs previous though again a bad experience, my sister, mother an father also didn't like the way they handle things Il let use decide if use go with them lol Michael hackett

GoogleI would not recommend anyone to these people, lived in a housed for a year with mould and damp everywhere. Then when I phoned to say about the mould and damp they sent someone out to have a look and said there was nothing there, but testing the walls for damp the readings were anywhere from 75% to 94%. Nearly every single employee is rude or just doesn't care just wants your money for the rental. The place is a joke and will be staying well clear of anything that UPS is doing.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProperty up for sale for nearly two years, very little guidance or help. I keep having ‘viewers’ booked into view property, but usual story they don’t turn up. Lame excuses given like they got lost on the way to my property (off a main road) etc. Very much beginning to wonder if UPS have imaginary viewers for my property. If not, they need to make it clear to viewers the need to turn up or at least cancel within good time !!NegativeProfessionalism

We have used this branch of UPS to buy a property as well as to sell. I highly recommend them in every way. Their communication is excellent, and they are punctual and courteous. Both Thomas and Lara are professional and dependable. I was overseas during the course of much of the sale, but was confident that everything would go well, as the house was in trusted hands.

I am now worth quite a bit of money and own multiple properties in Belfast area. I seen a property I like on UPS for sale but I’d never give them £0.01 commission and this is why. In 2010 my life was at a low ebb and my relationship broke down and I needed to find a house. I went to meet a UPS estate agent at a rental property and the guy totally dismissed me and treated me horribly. He acted like billy big time and was a jerk (calm down lad you earn 20k a year!) . I rang the office a few days later to complain and some snooty manager just laughed. Well guys the laughs on you cause I’ve actively spoke to people considering using you guys and put them off. Enjoy your minus profits.

GoogleI must concur with Kevin, as the service we got in regards to a mortgage application was disgraceful. We were given the run around from start to finish, so I eventually had enough and pulled the file from them after being kept down the list of applicants for almost two months. Fortunately I shifted to another advisor called Neil Allen of TMC, who processed our mortgage within 24 hours, although not before Sam Brown of the office in question got pretty nasty with me when I requested the files back. Furthermore, beware because if you owe them money they have Nixon their solicitors send you a threatening letter, before you even realise it. Extremely arrogant and nasy individuals..my advice is to steer clear of them and save yourself the heartache.

What a bunch of lazy con artists. As tenants we were treated as lesser humans, told that we must keep our obligations even though they constantly ignored their own contractual obligations to the outside of the building resulting in damage to the property through neglect, sending out amatuer ''handy men'' who pretended to fix problems, but in actual fact did nothing, then attempted to blame the the issues on next door neighbours rather than take responsibility. If i were a landlord i would be suing for the inaction leading to the damage to the property, and as a tenant suing for negligence. STAY WELL CLEAR!!
