GoogleMy experience with The rental company was really a pleasant one. They are very professional and helped me to become comfortable with my new rental home. GoogleI had a viewing booked yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) to attend the property at 11.30am on Thursday. I left work and arrived at 11.25am and waited until 11.50am bit no one showed up and I needed to go back to work. Upon getting in touch TRC claim they called me on Thursday morning to check I would still be attending. (Lets bear in mind the appointment was only made less than 24hrs prior). I was not made aware they called in the morning or I would have notified them that my network provider was changing and my phone would not be in service. Bad communication and unfortunately I will not be renting a property from them now or in the future as if this is how they treat you before you are a tenant that isn't a good sign.

It is unfortunate that you feel so aggrieved but we do have policies in place regarding viewings to avoid significant wasting of our time which is a frequent occurrence in this industry whether appointments were made that morning or 2 weeks previous. We always contact our viewers by telephone to confirm appointments and I understand that 2 messages were left for you this morning. If you had let us know while you were waiting we would have sent an agent straight over. Our staff have apologized to you for your inconvenience and how unfortunate it was that your phone was not going to be in service today. I can advise none of your comments reflect the standard of our service which I am pleased to say is exceptionally high. We would of course be happy to arrange a viewing for this lovely property at your convenience should you wish to avail of one. TRC

GoogleI have been with this company for seven years, within that time I have found them to be very professional, staff are wonderful to chat to, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleReported several issues with property that were never dealt with. Money taken off our deposit at end of tenancy to do with issues that were reported but they did nothing about. Made us feel like we disrespected the property when in fact we made improvements to it. If we ever need to rent agin we will definitely NOT be using this company.

Thank you for your comment Joe. This is a really busy time for lettings with lots of interest in all properties. It is not uncommon to wait a week or more for a decision from the Landlord as they would want a number of viewings to take place before selecting an application to proceed with. Our property manager did email you twice to advise of the Landlord's decision. We hope you find a suitable property soon. TRC
