I recently sold my house with Charles’ help and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Charles really listened to me and gave excellent advice throughout the process. Thanks to his knowledge of the current market, I ended up receiving far more for my house than I was expecting. The communication was fantastic, Charles always responded quickly to emails and calls, which made the whole experience stress-free. I sold my house through Stewart & Co in March, and I can honestly describe Charles and his team as superb. It is a family run business, offering a truly personal service. I was so impressed how Charles couldn’t do enough - from researching the area & similar housing; ensuring he fully understood my house and it’s selling features; taking time with viewings; to even offering access to a team of people to help with any necessary repairs prior to viewings.
