GoogleThe team at Simon Brien were amazing. From the viewing to moving in they couldn't have been more helpful and even since then they're just at the end of the phone or mail for any queries. Karen our property manager is fantastic, we've settled in so quickly and absolutely love it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent.

GoogleThe team at Simon Brien were a great help on my current job - we rented an apartment and they were able to meet our needs in having a contract shorter than 1 year, any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner and they carried a very professional manner across all contact. We're flexible with what we needed (in terms of start dates/ end dates). Would highly recommend!

GoogleTerrible service. We’ve been trying to arrange property viewings through this estate agents for over a week. It takes them days to respond by email and by that time their reply is: “Sorry our bookings are full on that date.” ...Were they full 4 DAYS AGO when we first contacted you..?? They seem extremely unprofessional and we will definitely be avoiding this agency in future.

GoogleI bought house from Simon Brian. This is new house and they didn't tell about standards. New house don't have TV WALL MOUNT PLACE and no USB plugs. Now customers are expecting these are standards. For Upgrades also only 3 different items (3 different carpets and 3 different kitchen tops) and no one is good looking. It should be customer choice instead of agent choice...

GoogleRotten people to the core! Property management are never available and ignorant when you eventually get through. They speak to you like you are nothing and they do nothing. Emails and messages are ignored, rude unprofessional people, and Susan the accounts manager needs sacked for the way she spoke to my son, avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleIt took a while for the paperwork to get moving at the start but once we moved in everything was smooth sailing with Simon Brien. Rory in particular is so helpful and considerate. Any maintenance jobs are dealt with efficiently and quickly. Very friendly and professional service.

GoogleI'm super impressed with the quality of managing our apartments. They know the market and are in quick contact if anything important arises. I would recommend without a doubt - they found tenants extremely quick and ensured a quick turn around to minimize loss of rental income.
