Hi Lorraine, many thanks for pointing this out for us. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 our front door was locked to the public. And we have had episodes of people working at home as you can understand. We hope in 2022 a lot of businesses will be able to offer more consistent opening hours. Apologies for any inconvenience.
