TrustpilotEllie in the St.Helens lettings team
I deal with Ellie in the letting team at St.Helens Reeds Rains, she helps me to organise EPC's for landlords on the rental properties. She is always extremely helpful and a credit to the branch.I also used Mike the mortgage advisor at St.Helens Reeds Rains for my first home purchase. He was absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend him.

TrustpilotExcellent!
Excellent!! Jane (Reddish branch) managed to find me some great tenants for a newly renovated house in Manchester. The photos were taken to an excellent standard and Jane created me a short list of great applicants and then ultimately found the best tenants within a couple of weeks. I’m really pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use again 😁

GoogleI was very impress working with Alan who has been extremely competent, helpful and efficient. Not only we got a good price for our property but he went all out to help arrange for many things which we highly appreciate as we were no longer based in Belfast. He follows up and update us during the whole process. Amazing estate agent !

TrustpilotReed Rains - Rhyl
Would definitely recommend the team at Reed Rains in Rhyl. Great communication, and a personal level of attention when dealing with my property sale. Even with the challenges of the pandemic, the team delivered an excellent service, and went the extra mile in ensuring the viewings and sale were completed to the highest standard. Great job.

TrustpilotSharp practice or simply clowns?
Tried to sell my house through the Woodseats (Sheffield) branch. They gave me a high valuation. Then, they didn't show it to a single person and blamed it on the high valuation. A deliberate ploy to get the marketing fees etc? I reckon so.

TrustpilotVery poor customer service
Very poor customer service, terrible communication. When this was raised with them, it was completely ignored. Will deal with the other agent on this sale.

Excellent service by Niamh Titterington! Following a couple of months of searching for the right rental property, I have come into contact with Niamh a few times now. Each time she has been friendly and accommodating, even staying late to ensure I was able to view a property I liked. Very much appreciated.

TrustpilotCommitted to service delivery 5*****
Thanks to ReedsRains letting Agents in Chorley, Leyland and especially BamberBridge I have enjoyed exceptional standards of service with the management of my portfolio and at this time would like to give particular mention to Katie Bonar who has seamlessly continued to maintain such high standards since taking over from her predecessor at that office

TrustpilotReeds Rains
Reeds Rains - St Helens, Staff were incredible. Even though I didn't buy my first home through Reeds Rains they were still able to help me find the best mortgage out there. They even beat a deal I had been quoted from own bank who I've been with for the last 14 years. Couldn't be happier 🤗
