GoogleRea Estates managed the rental property we lived in for three years. Our relationship was good and they ensured the rental and termination (owing to the landlord wanting to sell) ran smoothly and efficiently. I would have no problem renting through them again.

GoogleWe have just sold our apartment via these guys and they have been absolutely fantastic. They valued it at 25% higher than 3 other local agents that we had received valuations from and they have sold it for us at a much higher value than we would otherwise have received so thank goodness we found them! They are also super efficient, professional and worth every penny of their fee. Highly recommend!!!!

GoogleI have been involved with Rea Estates since 2012 and have found them to be extremely professional in all aspects of there Estate Agency Business. To date I have purchased three properties from there portfolio, each transaction was dealt with efficiently and expeditiously, because of their attention to detail I requested that they manage the rental of the properties on my behalf. From 2012 to the present day they have dealt with the properties very efficiently and effectively returning a good income from each property During this time I requested that they sell one of the houses on my behalf. They did so smoothly and expeditiously and I received a higher than market price for the property. The profit from this sale will be further reinvested in property and I will be certain to give the management of any further property investments to Rea Estates to manage on my behalf. I would strongly recommend Rea Estate for any aspect of property purchase, letting or sales.

GoogleI sold a property through Johnny, the sales manager, at Rea Estates. He was very knowledgeable of the area and pleasant to deal with. Johnny always returned my calls quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. The sale was agreed in a few weeks and he called me on the day of completion to thank me for my business, which was unexpected, however, much appreciated. A nice touch. Thank you for making the process 'stress free.'

GoogleI am currently a tenant in one of their properties and I hate it when I have to ring them when theres an issue (which is very rare) as sometimes they are very disrespectful and I feel belittled especially after the phone call I had to make this morning (monday 12th October) to them in which iam still quite furious about after the way their member of staff spoke to meNegativeProfessionalism
