It is never our intention to provide anything less than exceptional service to our tenants and landlords - as can be seen by our previous Google reviews.
We understand you were a tenant in one of the properties we manage and although you seem to be advising landlords to avoid our company, you have never experienced this side of the service therefore there is no basis to your recommendation.
From a tenant point of view you may have had frustrations with unsolved maintenance issues, however when we took over management of the property you resided in from another agency we did everything in our power to try to resolve issues for you. I am sure you will appreciate that this is challenging for us to do when tenants repeatedly refuse access to our contractors - as was the case in your situation many times.
The landlord of the property you resided in was totally aware of all situations throughout your tenancy with ourselves and is content that we acted accordingly, as we do with their whole rental portfolio.
