I have been a tenant with quicklet for around 4 years now and have always found them very pleasant to work with. I recently had the pleasure of talking with Sarah Bell, one of the letting agents, on a query I had. Sarah was fantastic in finding out all the information I needed very quickly. I used QuickLet to view a property today as a potential tenant. Zara from the Belfast office gave a superb showing of the flat and was very friendly and welcoming, she was even early and called me to let me know that I could show up early too. She was incredibly thorough and detailed about the terms of the lease, and have a great overview of how easy it was to contact the landlords and the building management team. Highly recommend using QuickLet and especially Zara.

I met with Ernesta for a viewing for a property. The experience was great, she was punctual, very knowledgeable about the property and happy to answer any questions I had. She let me view the property at my own pace and didn't linger around me as I was going through the property. She also met me at a later time of the day to accommodate myself.
