Would give them 0 stars, we lived in a damp flat for a year and had problems with gas a lot, fire alarms going off for no reason, washing machine & fridge/ freezer had a lot other problems such as electric cables, shower was awful was sharp pipes stick out of the drain!?.. We left the house looking amazing we left lamps, pillows, throw overs etc and place was so clean compared to the dirt we had to move in to and clean ourselves when all was meant to be cleaned & re painted for us and they didn't give us our full deposit back when we had photos to proves of electric cables hanging out of walls which were live and awful state of flat we moved in to.. And staff are so unprofessional very cheeky and talk about flat mates against each other.. Only decent person in there is repair man Russell! I feel sorry for anyone renting of them!!

Anyone and everyone that has the sense about them will go with property people!! The amount of effort that Delia in particular went to to get us a house that suited our preferences perfectly. The professionalism and friendliness that we experienced was on a different level than any other letting agency we have been with. Extremely frustrating experience waiting on Property People to respond to TDS in order to return my deposit. After moving out in 31st October I am still waiting for Property People to confirm the amount requested despite several emails confirming they will do so. So frustrating after a good experience renting but this negligent behaviour has left a bitter aftertaste.NegativeResponsiveness

Incredible services, staff and rooms. Rented a room in 2020 mid covid and I cannot believe how smooth everything was. I was renting a house through this company in the years 2014-2016. It was the worst renting experience ever - I was being lied to, my fault reports were being ignored, and at the end of the contract they tried to charge me completely unreasonable fees for cleaning even though I left the house in a much better state than it had been at the point of my moving in.

When a tenant tells of repairs they are never done and when they are eventually done they are never fixed the first time. The staff treat tenants unfairly and tell lies to keep themselves right. Property People false advertise properties, like saying they are double glazed when they are not! They also try to find any reason to not have to give you your deposit back!
