GoogleWe have just completed on the purchase of a house today. From first viewing to collecting the keys (and a complementary bottle of fizz 🥰) we were supported and guided by Jennifer and the staff at Northern Properties, whether by email or phone call I never felt I couldn’t ask any questions. House buying is commonly know to be one of the most stressful thing you can do in your life, we had absolutely no issues or stresses. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. After looking for a suitable rental for quite a while and speaking to different letting agents I called and spoke to Sean who was a great help and got the ball rolling towards getting me settled in my new home . All the staff are friendly and responsive and the welcome pack was a nice touch also. I'm very happy with the service I received

GoogleI had a very positive experience with northern property. Aleksandra was amazing! She was so kind and lovely to talk to completely made me feel at ease threw out the entire process. Any issues or insecurities I had she addressed instantly making the process so much easier. I could not recommend the company enough based of the experience i had with this particular agent. Aleksandra is an absolute credit to her team.

GoogleAlison couldn't have been more helpful, from our first meeting when I viewed the property to helping secure the sale, chasing outstanding paperwork and getting the keys just before Christmas. Such a friendly member of staff who went out of her way to check progress and keep me in the loop, I would highly recommend Northern Property for their can do and positive attitude putting the client first. The overall experience was amazing and one I'll never forget, the house warming gift was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much.

GoogleWe were delighted with all of the help and support that we received in securing our first family home. The rental process was explained to us throughout. Jackie was very professional in showing us the home and we fell in love with it, so much so that we practically had our bags at the door. We couldn't thank Bronagh enough for her help throughout our qapplication and introducing us to our landlord, a lovely family also.

GoogleBronagh, Rowan and the team at Northern property were very helpful throughout the process of viewing, applying and moving into our apartment. Our phone calls were answered and our emails were replied to very promptly which isn't always the case for some letting agents at a busy time such as the summer. To top it all off, we were greeted at the property by Rowan on our moving day and we were gifted with a bottle of prosecco and a pizza voucher which was fantastic. I would highly recommend Northern Property!

GoogleFrom the very outset of the conveyancing process, Alison was extremely efficient and empathetic. Always professional but equally just as personable. She (and the Northern Property team as a whole) ensured that the entire process ran as smoothly as possible and, at every step of the way, provided us with regular updates which gave us the peace of mind that everything was on track. Alison went out of her way to make calls and send emails (even when she was out of office) and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She was on-the-ball and organised and ultimately she secured us our dream home, for which we cannot thank her enough. Head and shoulders above other estate agents.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Northern Property enough for the fantastic and professional service they provided in helping me and my partner move into our new rental property. We viewed the property in the early afternoon and by the end of the day Bronagh had contacted us to let us know the landlord wanted to offer us the property. The whole process was quick and efficient. Bronagh was amazing and there was a lovely card and bottle of Prosecco waiting for us when Bronagh handed us the keys. Bronagh was really helpful in explaining and guiding us through the process and was more than happy to answer or find the answer to any questions we had. GoogleI've used Northern Property for the past 6 years to rent and eventually sell my property in Belfast. The rental team are super responsive and knowledgeable and kept things running smoothly while I was living abroad. They kept me informed and up to date on everything needed to keep the property in good shape and my tenants happy. When it came time to sell, Jennifer took care of the logistics and was a dream to work with. Like the rest of the team, she was quick to respond to any questions I had and she made the selling process feel so simple. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received from the whole team at Northern Property and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleA cowboy outfit for sure. They will continue to market a property even after telling a prospective buyer that it's "sale agreed". Sometimes, they won't even tell you if your offer has been accepted - they just forget sometimes. They will not always pass on higher offers to vendors. They don't know anything about the properties they're selling - Niamh told me a house had no issues, while the paint was peeling off the wall behind her because of the mould. Estate agents are not known for their honesty, but Northern Property is a truly shameless operation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.NegativeProfessionalism
