GoogleApplied to rent a property with Michael Chandler and after acknowledging my application I never heard from them ever again. There was not even a quick email to say I didn't get the property, just no response at all. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

GoogleIn my experience the Michael Chandler Agency provides a fast, efficient and professional service. I normally deal with Jonathan Moore concerning lettings and I can say he is very thorough with photos, paperwork and viewings etc. He is also very responsive to my communications and that is reassuring. Furthermore, I am always very impressed by his ability to obtain high-quality and well qualified tenants very quickly indeed! Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending this Agency and Jonathan Moore in particular.

GoogleThe team at Michael Chandler were fantastic with the recent selling of our property and purchasing our new property. The knowledge of our house during the evaluation and the price was spot on and we were more than happy with it and what it achieved. Camy and Stuart in particular were brilliant throughout the whole process, we had a few particularly difficult and stressful situations during the process off which they helped us fix, provided advice and reassured us the whole way through. Both guys kept us updated throughout the process and were always just a phone call away and never too busy to take that call!(and we phoned them alot!!) The services provided by the estate agents were amazing and any issues raised via their services platform were dealt in a timely manner by professional contractors. All these years, we had a great collaboration with our assigned agent Jonathan, providing us enough notice for any requests from their side and they fully respected our privacy as tenants. GoogleSo happy I went with Michael Chandler for the sale of my house. they really go above & beyond to provide a great & professional service. they have a great team & communication was excellent throughout. Neil & Chris have been an absolute pleasure to deal with! I also liked the handy feedback system from viewers which I could check online (I have never seen other agencies use this before). I also think having the option of adding a video to my listing was very helpful in marketing the property. their photographer team was also amazing, very professional & friendly couple that did the photos, video & floor plan very quickly & efficiently. Some people might be put off by the registration fee, but it's worth every penny. I had previously used a coupe of different agents & kicking myself I didnt go with Michael Chandler from the get go. I would 100% recommend! Did a brilliant job! Thanks guys!

What a delight to work with the guys at Michael Chandler Estate Agents. From the moment we decided to sell our house the level of service was out of this world. From valuation through to sale everything was so smooth - in fact we couldn't believe the house got so many views in such a short time getting an offer pretty much straight away.
