I recently had the pleasure of working with Julianne, as I was looking to purchase an HMO property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Julianne, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail. She conducted a thorough evaluation of the property and was able to provide a comprehensive overview of all the regulations and expectations required for HMO compliance. Julianne’s, expertise was evident as she clearly outlined whether the property would meet the necessary standards for HMO purposes. Not only did she ensure that I understood every step of the process, but she also provided invaluable advice on maximizing my investment. She accurately calculated the maximum amount I could earn from the HMO and, after precise measurements of each room, even identified an opportunity to split one room into two, thereby increasing my potential profits. I am very happy, with the outcome and highly recommend Julianne, to anyone looking for professional and knowledgeable assistance in the HMO market. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients truly set her apart.

Julianne was extremely helpful throughout our process of buying a home. She was very quick at responding to all of our messages. In a moments notice she was able to set up lots of showings for houses that checked all of our boxes. She dealt with solicitors and real estate agents, and has helped take away all of our stress and worries throughout our process. I would highly recommend Julianne from Method Property solutions for anyone who wants the most friendly staff and helpful agent to make your process as easy as possible.

Delighted with the service provided by Julieanne from Method Property Solutions. Had an issue with previous managing agent, terrible experience and Julieanne took over while it was quite messy and did an amazing job. She was communicating with us clearly, provided help and advise when needed. Unlike our previous experience she was properly acting to have things moving and get those sorted! Really happy with her help and service, I recommend her with no hesitation!
