McQuoids Estate Agents reviews

Wouldn't recommend They came out to survey our property for a potential buyer. Surveyor asked me questions about the house, but then put incorrect and completely different answers down. Ie - Stove was installed 10 years ago, they listed 1 year Said it was replumbed 5 years ago, but it was over 10 Said no EICR, but they never asked if I had one This is just a short summary of examples, but in general it was full of errors and didn't leave much faith in the service. The surveyor was also only at the house for 40 minutes when this should really take 2+ hours.

I just wish to note my gratitude for the efficient way my home was appraised, valued, advertised and promoted by the young estate agent Frazer Laughlin and his team. I believe that Frazer understood the true value of my home and was able to present me with six good candidates who were willing to pay the full 1.300 pounds monthly rent for my home in Ava Street within a few hours of my home being viewed. The first person to offer to pay the full rent in advance was within a few minutes of viewing my property. This was a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. An exceptional and very professional service by Frazer and his team who were able to generate the right interest in my property to gain the best return for my investment. I highly recommend using the services of McQuoids Estate Agents.

Ben and his team provided a very professional service. Always available to discuss concerns and allay fears! Local knowledge helps tremendously. The team ensured that my family home had lots of viewings which resulted in a bidding war increasing the price. Everything went smoothly and quickly. An amazing result despite the difficult time we find ourselves in due to the pandemic. Many thanks to all at McQuoids.

This company was recommended to me for a home buyer level 2 survey. Wish to thank Ben, and his team out front, for the precision and extensive detail in the survey of an older property. Inside and out nothing was overlooked. Would recommend as helped me make an informed decision.

I've been renting from McQuoid's for the past 3 years and I've had a great experience. They have always been responsive to my needs, and have always kept the property in good condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property. Here are some of the things I appreciate about McQuoids as an agent: Always responsive to my needs. If I have a maintenance issue, they usually were able to send someone out to fix it the same day. Always kept the property in good condition. The appliances are all new, and the carpets and paint are always clean and fresh Fair and reasonable. He's never tried to raise my rent more than the legal limit, especially in this current rental climate, when it could have been easy to do so. If you're looking for a reliable and fair agent I would highly recommend McQuoids.

My coworker referred me to MRS lilian wilson. He and his family spoke highly of her and said she was military friendly, so I decided to reach out to her. From out first interaction, I was very pleased. She was clearly very knowledgeable and seemed dedicated to her clients. As a first time of my investing, I was anxious about the process, but MRS lilian wilson took the time to provide me a virtual orientation that covered everything one would need to know to get started. I ended up investing with her with $2,000, because of the area I was looking to purchase in. MRS lilian wilson was also phenomenal! MRS hecked in with me and i'm now earning $30,000 weekly and always available anytime I had questions. MRS lilian wilson ensured that I felt comfortable through the entire process and made it enjoyable! I highly recommend this realty company!Contact her viaWhatsApp: +12485090477Email: lilianwilson220@gmail.com

FOREX INVESTMENT I never believed my life will change in such a manner, i saw a review on a page about MRS ARIELLA CRYPTO and before then i have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because i think i was so wise and never want to be cheated, but when i contacted her and she explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit i can make within a week i was convinced to give a trial and why i risked to invest 500$ was because i don't need to send her the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give her the access to manage my trading account and i made a withdrawals of 6000$ in a week, please i am very happy to introduce all friends and family to invest in themselves and there family. Instead of looking for other evil ways to make money or to increase there worth in life thanksHer email is ariellacrypto75@gmail.comWhatsApp:+1(413)423-2035

Not the best customer service. Paid for a homebuyer's report and was told I would have it within the week. Had to call them when it had not arrived only to be told it would be the following week.
