They came out to survey our property for a potential buyer. Surveyor asked me questions about the house, but then put incorrect and completely different answers down.
Ie -
Stove was installed 10 years ago, they listed 1 year
Said it was replumbed 5 years ago, but it was over 10
Said no EICR, but they never asked if I had one
This is just a short summary of examples, but in general it was full of errors and didn't leave much faith in the service. The surveyor was also only at the house for 40 minutes when this should really take 2+ hours.

Always responsive to my needs. If I have a maintenance issue, they usually were able to send someone out to fix it the same day.
Always kept the property in good condition. The appliances are all new, and the carpets and paint are always clean and fresh
Fair and reasonable. He's never tried to raise my rent more than the legal limit, especially in this current rental climate, when it could have been easy to do so.
