I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with this letting agency has been extremely disappointing. I had looked at the reviews prior to interacting with the agency and should have used them as a warning. My partner and I viewed a property and submitted our application immediately. We have been waiting for almost three weeks without receiving a clear answer on whether our application has been accepted or declined. Every time we contact the agency, we are told that the landlord has not responded or that they are still waiting for an update, but no timeframe or meaningful communication is ever provided. We completely understand that landlords may take time to make decisions, and we would have no issue if we were simply told that another applicant had been chosen. What has been frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. Being left in limbo for weeks makes it very difficult to plan alternative accommodation, especially when rentals move so quickly. Compared to other letting agencies we've dealt with, this has been by far the poorest communication we've experienced. A simple update, even if it's bad news, would be far more professional than leaving applicants waiting for weeks on end. I would never work with this agency and now know for future reference how this agency runs.

Mark Maguire is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Constantly hangs up the phone on you doesn’t give you a clear answer and excuse after excuse. He made us wait over 20 days and still didn’t give us an answer had to find out myself on property pal. He clearly doesn’t understand that he wastes peoples valuable time. God bless the lovely receptionist who works for them.

I lived in house 88 Malone avenue for four months with several Irish housemates. During my stay, I felt increasingly monitored and watched. I noticed that my housemates paid close attention to my movements, daily routine, and timings and where I am working, whom I meet, who are my friends. On several occasions, I felt followed both inside and outside the property. My privacy was not respected and the information about my movements and schedule was being discussed without my consent. Additionally, my £410 deposit is still pending, which has caused further stress.

organise a viewing at a house in crumlin!!! arrived and mark was a no show had the tenant of the house that was still living there show me around and was very uncomfortable viewing!!!! then contacted mark to send me a application form to apply for the house and he never sent it !!!! 3 times we asked for application and never received it !!!! was a complete waste of time !!!!!!!

Very unprofessional service. My partner took time out of work to view a property and the agent was a no show. We requested an application form on several occasions, and no application was sent. I'm not sure how they run their business. But they are definitely very unprofessional, unreliable, lack communication skills and I would never rent, buy or sell a property through them in the future. Avoid at all costs.
