FacebookMyself and my partner bought a house from property people 🏡.. Colin was so helpful and kept us up to date with everything from start to finish.. we couldn't be more happy. Colin was so nice to deal with. We are so happy in our new home 🏡 ❤️

FacebookApplied for a home went and viewed it, got shortlisted one in three, was told the landlord was wanting more questions of all applications processed, chased the estate agent for those questions to be told that he got the go ahead to contact my references to let them know to be handy for the call. Next day got a call, I was unsuccessful then I found out that my references hadn’t been contacted at all. My application was not processed fairly at all! Everything I was told would happen didn’t seems they knew who was getting the house . I have 3 children it wasn’t a want for me but a need. Nearly 2 weeks after the viewing I was chasing the estate agent for updates. When I challenged this I was told I was looking someone to blame, not good at responding , emails all ignored since, Won’t be using them again!

FacebookCouldn't recommend Property People more. First time moving out and was given the usual warnings about moving in with people I don't know. However it was the best decision I made. From the minute I submitted my application I was well taken care of. I was met by a lovely girl called Niamh who not only showed me the house I had applied for but also a few others in the area within my budget. The same day I made my mind up on the house I wanted and I haven't had an issue. The room was lovely, the other tennants are the best I could have asked for. We don't really have any issues in regards to anything going wrong in the house but when we have needed anything looked at those at Property People organised everything promptly. Huge thank you to all the staff at Property People for making my first time moving so seamlessly smooth!

FacebookI would totally recommend property people to any young professional. I was a bit apprehensive doing a room rental but with property people I was shown plenty of nice properties when I contacted them for viewings. I found the right one for me and my budget and I fit into the house well. There was cleaning rota organised between the housemates and there was never any bother. I stayed for 10 months total and in that time had 2 sets of full occupancy of different people and I got on with everyone. If you wanted to keep yourself you could do so with no judgements and if you wanted to have a chat and get to know each other you could as well. I ended up making some great friends as well! When I needed any help or repairs done an email was swiftly replied to and everything was sorted. They were extremely accommodating during the first lock down as well so yeah couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Niamh & Finbarr

FacebookWorst rental experience ever! So slow at responding to requests from day one. Daily contact had to be made and physical visits to the office to get any movement on anything to do with the house. There was a hole left in the roof for more than 5 months, the heating was broken for majority of the year and they swore it was fine. We were left without a washing machine for a month regardless of us constantly reminding them that it was broken. We complained about mold and nothing was done even though we had evidence of belongings being destroyed. To top it all off we were TOLD (not asked) we had to leave the property 4 days early and were given alternatives or opinion. We have now not occupied the property for 2 months and have still received no contact regarding returning our deposits again despite constant contact.

FacebookI have been renting with property people for about 8 years throughout this time any issues i have had all i needed to do was pick up the phone explain the situation and they were on the ball getting it sorted, all the staff are so lovely and friendly, i would highly recommend anyone looking to rent or even buy to go see these guys they know there stuff

FacebookCompletely useless in general, charging ridiculous cleaning fees on a house that was already cleaner than we found it. Also made us pay for mattress replacement even though we requested the mattresses to be replaced at the start of the year but the landlord refused.

FacebookI've dealt with property people both as a tenant and landlord. I rented my Apt out for 6 years whilst I was abroad and they handled it for me with ease , finding decent tenants. Repairs to the property were sorted with minimum fuss,quality workmanship and good value. As a tenant they found me short term accommodation when I returned from overseas. Again they delivered a second time when a house sale fell through recently after I had given notice at a rental and my family and I were nearly homeless. Highly recommended.

FacebookAnyone and everyone that has the sense about them will go with property people!! The amount of effort that Delia in particular went to to get us a house that suited our preferences perfectly. The professionalism and friendliness that we experienced was on a different level than any other letting agency we have been with. FacebookI was renting a house through this company in the years 2014-2016. It was the worst renting experience ever - I was being lied to, my fault reports were being ignored, and at the end of the contract they tried to charge me completely unreasonable fees for cleaning even though I left the house in a much better state than it had been at the point of my moving in.

Approx 4 months ago I decided to sell a property and am pleased to say all is now complete due to the help and support of Delia. Thank you
