GoogleCondensation isn't black and my roof shouldn't drip. Separately, my skylight has been leaking for months, they send their "handyman" round to the house, without notification, who lets himself in and proceeds to either paint over issues or pretend they're fixed after doing nothing. Louis seems well mannered and charming, however at the end of the day, it's just another Belfast letting company who are unwilling to sort out issues with their own investments.

GoogleHave been letting from LJ rentals for over 3 years and have never had any issues. Anything that needs done in the house, it is sorted within a few days maximum. Louis is so helpful and is always on hand to help with whatever is needed. Would recommend!

GoogleWe’re a family from Ukraine. A year ago we had to move to Belfast because of the war in our country. At first time we lived with our friends, but after a while we had to find our own place to live. LJRentals really helped us a lot to get our first house for rent here. We didn’t have any previous experience in renting properties in NI, however they tried to understand our specific situation and did their best to make this process smoother for us. We really appreciate their support and assistance. Moreover we didn’t have any issues with this agency during this period. They are solving all the problems regarding the household so fast. LJRentals is a reliable and trustworthy agency and we really thankful them for their work!

GoogleCan't recommend & based off my experience I'd avoid them. They're a bit of a strange company to deal with & often did things in a odd manor. I've nothing positive to say about them, loads of negatives which I can't be bothered getting in to. Long-story-short they're your typical greedy cheapskate do-nothing esate agents. They're all the same.

GoogleI viewed a house and after submitting an application, I received an email to say that I would receive a phone call to tie things up. When I received the phone call I was at work and I got a voicemail to say to phone back asap. I phoned back a few hours later to be told they had given it to someone else! There was no grace period and I felt it was messaged to me that my application was successful through the email and voicemail. Very unprofessionally handled.

GoogleLJ Rentals are a top tier authentic letting agency - a rarity in the current market. Their premises are fairly priced and Louis and his office staff are very kind and always willing to help. I feel like the house is really my own and I am not just a drop of rent to the agency. Louis has went above and beyond to help us girls in the house even if the advice doesn't fit his job role requirements! 100% recommend. One of the rare, decent agencies.

GoogleAVOID if you are a student or are a vulnerable person!!! They seem to think they are above the law and will try and take advantage of those they think they can get away with. Three sisters, all young students, lived in one of the rented houses. They gave maintenance guy key to the house and would just enter when he wanted, once when my sister was getting out of the shower. They wouldn't even tell you in advance that anyone is coming over (which is legally required). They were warned and still refused to listen, locks had to be changed while they still lived there. Original locks were put back in when they left. This also isn't a one of, know others that had the same issues with the creepy maintenance guy coming in unwelcome at awkward times (which always seemed to be timed around them being in the shower, which makes me looking back wished I looked around for cameras but hindsight is 20/20). Also tried to charge them fees for replacing carpets, took the mention of a solicitor and someone going in to check the carpets for them to completely drop the fees. For landlords avoid working with this agency they will get you in trouble.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleInterested in a property. Sent in application form and other supporting documents, including over 5 years of uninterrupted rent payments GREATER, than the property I was enquiring about. Was advised that the property was "Let Agreed". Weeks later, the property has still not been altered, on their own website, never mind 3rd party sites. Makes one wonder what sort of in house filtering they've decided to adopt. Sent email request to company to ask for clarification; response was notable by its absence. There are plenty of professional agents landlords and tenants can access. If I could give zero stars, that would still have been overly complimentary.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThey don't do viewings in the evening or on the weekend so you have to take off work to view the flats. They gave me two possibilities for viewings, the next day or in 7 days. I cant take off work on short notice like most people so I scheduled the viewing 7 days ahead, I asked If the property would still be available by then, they say it would. Got called three times changing the time of the viewing and finally called me up one working day before the viewing telling me it was gone. Would avoid in favour of more flexible agencies
