GoogleNot entirely okay with the whole "pay us a £35 'application fee' and we promise we'll pay it back if you don't get the flat" way of doing business, all staff perfectly pleasant on the phone but I see this as a predatory business practice so be careful!

GoogleThe whole experience with LJ Rentals was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly when I enquired about a rental. The viewing stage was excellent. Very informative and easy to communicate with. Finally getting the signing done at the office was a joy. Very straightforward. Great company to go through.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
