GoogleBought and sold a property through I Am Sold. Buying a property worked very well. Costs of £2400 on top is a negative for the buyer but I got a good property at a good price so it was worth it. Sold a property through IAmSold and although I sold it myself I still had to pay the fee but to be fair they had done advertising and viewing and we came to an agreement but still selling any property will have fees so all in all not too bad. Would I use them again- absolutely if I am looking to sell or buy a property if the deal is right.

GoogleNever having used an auction before I was wary about using it to sell my mother's house but it was the best decision I have made as I don't think it would have sold without using iamsold. Not only did she keep is appraised of the process, she went above and beyond with all communications and support. The purchase was rather complex due to the sellers circumstances, however Meena reassured us at every step. I would recommend using thiw company in the future.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through ‘iamsold’ and while initially I was slightly hesitant in regard to buying a property at auction rather than using the more traditional route of an estate agent, however, I must confess, I have found the process very simple, and I was extremely happy with the level of customer service and support I received from the ‘iamsold’ team. Also, in many cases there is the option to purchase a property before auction, which I did, and this simplified the process even further. All my calls and queries were promptly attended to, and I felt they were fully engaged at all times helping me secure my property of choice. With the result, I would wholeheartedly endorse the company, and I definitely would use their services again. In addition, I must compliment Natalie for her positive and professional manner, which definitely made me feel even more confident in my decision to use this company.

GoogleGreat quick way to buy a house, even with applying for a Mortgage…they were welcoming of buying before auction date, and I had to buy with a mortgage. Don’t be put off by “auction”, you don’t have to be a cash buyer. But you do need to pay their selling fees, so work it into your budget.
