GoogleAwful letting agency. Will do everything he can do keep your deposit and treat his tenants awfully the entire living experience. Our house had a lot of mould and he came round to do an inspection and he started shouting saying that we have caused it all. The radiatior in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, he came round to « fix » it and and it never worked again. Never felt so uncomfortable living somewhere in my life, would never ever rent with them again or recommend anyone do so. He also kept 2/3 of the deposit over wear and tear. Horrible AVOID

GoogleI called the Agent regarding my deposit money after I left the house I used to share with someone and he wasn't cooperative at all. I called many times to finally be told I can talk to a solicitor without giving me any explanation. I couldn't apply for the deposit money myself because it was to the other tenant whom I shared the house with he sent the reference number which I don't understand why. I asked him to send it to me and he said he has already sent it 3 times.
