GoogleEstate agent will take hundreds of pounds of penalty from deposit, despite house being returned clean and in same condition as when received. Not recommended.

Hi Jack, all deposits are registered with TDS NI, there is a formal process to be adhered to regarding any deposit deduction. It is simply impossible for us to deduct any funds from a deposit without substantial evidence.
