GoogleThis Estate Agent is by far one of the top agencies in Belfast! They're highly professional, approachable, responsive and most importantly friendly. Since the beginning I have delt with many people from fetherstone Clements, all have excceded my expectations but Holly in particular stood out. Holly was always there whenever we needed something in regards to the property even if it didn't have to do with her department directly! Holly always went above and beyond to help whenever they can! Thanks Holly for the great experience and all the help, been a pleasure doing business with you!! πππππ

GoogleIβve recently been going through the rental process and wanted to share my experience: - The property viewing was conducted in a very professional manner. - The application process was straightforward and easy to navigate. - Iβm currently undergoing the Vouch referencing checks, and the support and guidance Iβve received from the agents have been excellent. I was initially sceptical about using letting agencies, but this experience has completely changed my perspective. Thank you for your outstanding service.

GoogleThey used the holding deposit fee as leverage to force me sign previously undisclosed contractual terms, and refused to pay me back when I didn't agree. Only after I contacted a lawyer they paid me back. Avoid them.
