Mike was very helpful with showing me around the house. The viewing slot was booked for just myself, so I felt the viewing experience to be unique and me-focused, rather than the open house style which can be overwhelming. He answered all my questions with clear transparency and that made my purchase decision easy. Gareth was also very good with communicating between myself and the vendor. The purchasing process was smooth and again very transparent. Both Mike and Gareth helped with my re-negotiation after my survey report. It was very professional and our conversation was stress-free. I had a viewing after that I applied for an house made, many phone calls and emails no replies back. The occasional time I finally got someone on the phone I got brushed of saying the owner wasn't ready to decide to rent or sell. Property is still for sell/rent 2 months laters. Tried to offer more for the property told that it's not necessarily as my offer was good. Weirdest strangest experience ever. Till this day the property is still on there for sale and for rent??? Beech Lodge 1 Craigavon....

Do not trust these people they will try and get a double deposit off you and then try and keep it at end of tenancy and will also have people in doing viewings while you still live there. Avoid these people at all costs or you will be done over in the same manner I have been.

Arranged a viewing on a house for sale. The agent did not turn up, and when I called the office to find out where he was they seemed unconcerned and said he must be on his way. Luckily the owner's mother happened to be passing by and showed us round anyway. About half an hour after our appointment time, still no agent so we left. We were very interested in the house, so I called the office the next day. When I told them the agent didn't turn up, they again seemed unconcerned and did not apologise. I asked to be kept updated of any offers on the property, but I never heard from them again.
