GoogleArranged a viewing on a house for sale. The agent did not turn up, and when I called the office to find out where he was they seemed unconcerned and said he must be on his way. Luckily the owner's mother happened to be passing by and showed us round anyway. About half an hour after our appointment time, still no agent so we left.
We were very interested in the house, so I called the office the next day. When I told them the agent didn't turn up, they again seemed unconcerned and did not apologise. I asked to be kept updated of any offers on the property, but I never heard from them again.
