Dickson Rice Belfast reviews

Have not been impressed with Dickson Rice. They do not inspect houses before renting them. The house is filthy and in bad state of repair and a disgrace for both landlady and estate agents to let. Rent not even cheap! How dare they think so little if this new tennant to expect them to live in such conditions. Part of a cardboard box replaces kickboard in kitchen. Carpets stained and dirty beds that came with the house. Are they kidding!!!!! This house needs to be painted and cleaned in order to make it a home for two precious friends. Do not be selfish or greedy. Fix this up! Taking it further through legal route if I have to in order for them to make it liveable.

Bought a property with James & the team at Dickson Rice just before Christmas 2018. Found him to be easy to deal with and on top of things all the way through. In fact I was so impressed that I’m currently in the process of completing on my second house through DR in 6 months!

Absolutely astounding. My home was a fixer upper, to say the least. Dickson Rice positioned it perfectly in the market, and it went for well above asking with multiple offers and backup offers also above list! We were blown away. Highly recommended.

Just sold our home in Jordanstown. James handled the negotiations and D did the viewings. 6 viewings, 2 bidders and a sale agreed above asking price...what's not to like....very happy....
