GoogleReally impressed, I have dealt with many agents for renting and they always answered my questions and helped where possible. I found Hollie particularly good over the course of the process, she mainly dealt with my other half, we are both sad to move on as our new agent is no where near as good.

GoogleTook a whole month of emails being repeatedly ignored to get our deposit returned. Plus our landlord did not protect our deposit and is not registered as a landlord. Though I informed CPS of this they did not comment or seem to care and still let that property.
Daisy, thank you for taking my call today. I am saddened that you are taking your disappointment out on CPS. We had a good relationship in your 2 year stay in the property. We fully returned your deposit within one month with no deductions. Thank you for your helpful suggestions and I wish you every luck in the future.

Kept us up to date with all developments and always available for issues/questions. The most interactive/involved estate agent have dealt with, and would highly recommend

GoogleFrom lease drafting to general property management this agency somehow creates huge delays in everything what's more, agents don't communicate with tenants and expect them to chase them for update as if people don't work nor have personal lives.Moving house purely due to their poor service
Hi, I have been chatting to James on and off over this last week and in this occasion we have been let down by a contractor on realistic timescales. The works to include a full secondary shower replacement were completed within 1 week and unfortunately we rely on contractors to fully liaise and communicate directly with tenants. We are reviewing this process and will chat to your landlord in doing so. It has been confirmed by James that you guys have no intention of moving out of the property, if this does change at anytime please let us know so we can give the appropriate notice to your landlord.
