1 start is too much. They babysit you checking your property every couple of months, even after they check a few times they still keep on treating you like a child. They take forever to pay back your deposit (more like david takes forever). But you dont get all of your deposit back, david must need it more i suppose, they supply no evidence of why he holds back money just his word for it! Even though when you ask for proof you get fobbed off. So people take note make sure you take photos and a video of when you move in and out aswel make sure they inspect the property before you hand the key over as they/david will take full advantage of the situation.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Don't usually write reviews but we feel compelled to write one here. From 6 years of renting in Belfast, this has been our worst experience by far. Like a previous reviewer has stated, the company is greatly let down by David, who you will unfortunately deal with for all concerns. David will take his time to rectify any problem during the year (3weeks for a COLLAPSED living room roof, 2.5 weeks - serious leak in bedroom that rendered it unusable, never fixed - hole in kitchen with leak from shower) etc etc. However, he will respond instantaneously with regards to disputing the money he has taken off your deposit. Like the previous reviewer he took £90 off us, including a professional clean despite the fact that the property was much cleaner than at the start of our tenancy (the house was so filthy at the start that we requested a full deep clean). This could be a running theme as the previous tenants to us were also charged £90, in the end we reluctantly couldn't be bothered taking this any further with the TDS. I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere if they are renting, if you do rent from them, take photos of absolutely everything when you get it. Rest assured, David will search high and low for any areas of dust or debris in attempt to reduce your deposit return.

Requested a viewing for a property. Between being offered a viewing time and accepting a few hours later (all communication was done via email) the time was no longer available. Accepted a different time and arranged for my wife to attend the viewing as I was working. On attending the viewing there was no sign of a way in without entering a code and no sign of an estate agent. My wife then phoned and was told the appointment was cancelled as the house is now let and that the appointment was cancelled via voicemail. No follow up to confirm voicemail (which I haven’t got) or consideration that all previous communication had taken place via email. My wife had to then walk home in heavy rain for a wasted journey. To make it worse, this was 3 weeks ago and the property is still showing on their own website as available to rent.
