GoogleRichard is very responsive to requests and keeps everything well organised, especially with the cleaners. All bills are included, which makes things simple, and bode rooms create a really nice living environment.

GoogleI had a very positive experience during my time at Bode Rooms. My room and the rest of the property was of a high standard and Richard was quick to sort any maintenance issues out. The initial video call and the check in and check out processes were all very smooth. Great environment for working professionals and a great location.

GoogleA really lovely place to live. The house is beautifully decorated, well cared for, and always felt like home. The landlord was great to deal with - friendly, very responsive, and always on the ball with maintenance. Couldn’t fault the experience and would happily recommend both the property and the landlord.

GoogleMy experience with Bode Rooms was very positive. I was a tenant in 'The Norn Iron One' property in South Belfast, during which time Richard was very attentive throughout, through an initial video call, check-ins and overall management of the property. Also, his desire to improve properties and their management in the future was clear, through frequently asking my opinion on certain aspects of my tenancy. The room I stayed in, as well as the rest of the property, was of a very high standard throughout having been recently completely refurbished. This property is exclusively for young working professionals - a fundamental reason for me in taking up the tenancy.

GoogleI had a great experience as a tenant for Bode Rooms. Great environment for working professionals who are still working from home as well as a lovely house with great finishes and all the things you need to call it your home! A massive en-suite , large double bed and tv in your room as well as spacious common areas which are also equipped with a communal working space ! Could not recommend it more !

GoogleFor those seeking a hassle-free and comfortable rental experience. The property has everything you need during your stay. Richard, the landlord was very reliable and accommodating. He was very quick to fix any issues during my stay and made the process of moving in and out super easy.

GoogleBode rooms have been fantastic. Great landlord , very helpful and if there was ever an issue or repair needed it was fixed straight away . I would definitely recommend renting from bode rooms.
