GoogleExceptional service. We have been renting via Bennett Estate Agents for almost 2 years and they have been great. Really friendly and helpful team who respond and deal with all questions and issues promptly and to a good standard. For example, our heating was not working the other day and they had someone out to fix it within 2 hours. Would strongly recommend.

GoogleVery poor service; wasted my time (1 week) promising a property, to then decline my contract with no discernable reason. DO NOT USE, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. GoogleVery professional and reliable agents. They have returned calls out of hours and sorted any issues very quickly. Our washing machine broke last week, within 24 hours Helen had organised a plumber to visit and install a replacement. Would highly recommend Bennett Estate Agents to anyone looking for accomodation in Belfast.

GoogleAre illegally charging non-refundable application fees of £45 per tenant- this is an illegal practice. The estate agent who we dealt with seemed very nice but that doesn't change that they seem like a very sneaky company, I wouldn't personally trust them.

GoogleAlthough I have been always been able to reach someone in their office, responses to larger concerns (such as rubbish and property fixes) have been tepid. Quality of their work/service could easily be improved.
