FacebookRented for two years, James and Orla are friendly, committed and helpful. I enjoyed the services provided and the plasma tv. Also, the repairman, Travail is very helpful. He helped to repair many kinds of stuff, like the light bulbs, washing machine, and bathroom. Really recommend to 360 residential (Y) 😄

Google360 Residential recently sold my first house and I could not recommend them highly enough. The process was extremely straightforward and efficient with our house being sale agreed in very little time. The team kept us updated at every stage putting us at ease and we got the sale over the line without any fuss. Overall I had a great experience selling my house with 360 residential and would happily use them again.

FacebookExcellent and personal service from start to finish with selling our house. He took away all the stress of the sale and ensured we were kept up to date with info on viewings and offers. James definitely went over and above, even holding viewings on a Sunday for a viewer who was on a very tight schedule. The house achieved well over asking price and I'm sure this was down to James' professionalism and knowledge of the housing market. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent handling our property. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

FacebookRefusing to allow a tenant to end their contract early when a property is damp, mouldy and is having a detrimental effect on the tenants health is unacceptable. If you care about your health and the health of other renters, avoid 360 residential like the plague.

FacebookDisgusting treatment by 360 Residential in forcing a tenant to remain in a contract despite damp, mould and lack of insulation. Unannounced visits and making tenants uncomfortable are further proof that 360 only cares for the money in your wallet. They cannot be condemned enough.
