I have contacted this company several times for them to come and cut the hedges that are over shadowing my property and are a horrendous mess. All they say is they will contact maintenance. I'm not even sure they have a maintenance team. Since they took ownership of the neighbouring property, they haven't once cut the hedges. My house is constantly in the shade. I can't even see the street light anymore. The tenants have advised that they have requested this 8 times and still nothing. Customer Service is rubbish too.
