GoogleIan and Charlotte are an absolute asset to this branch and have been fantastic with helping me to find my newest place, as well as to help me settle in. Every interaction with them feels sincere, memorable and friendly. I cannot rate this branch highly enough. Thank you both for all your help.

GoogleIan, Liz and Ellie at Martin and Co were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were extremely thorough and efficient and they stuck to the proposed timetable throughout. The photos and property listing were both very appealing and made the house stand out from the crowd. It was potentially difficult selling through the Covid virus lockdown period but they made it as stress-free as possible. I was kept fully up to date on progress and they responded to any queries straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to use Martin and Co in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had four estate agent value our house and they all gave very similar valuations, we decided to go with Martin & Co because they came across as being more friendly & personal but still professional in their approach. Our decision turned out to be the right one as they were excellent from start to finish, all the staff from Ian who came to do the valuation and photo's, Ellie who did the viewings and Liz who dealt with our buyers and both solicitors were very friendly and helpful throughout. We give Martin & Co our highest recommendation to anyone looking for an estate agent as they made the whole process of selling our house easy for us.
