You would think its fairly easy to arrange viewings wouldn't you. Definitely not with these clowns. Tried to arrange 2 viewings this week. Total and complete amateurs.They adopt the approach of:"Why communicate in one email when we can do it with maximum confusion multiple emails and phone calls...."I've a good mind to write to the property owners to advise them as to what kind of sh/1t-shower they have engaged with.....

As a first time buyer, I was nervous to begin this process and had no idea how to start ect. Graham Nisbet from the Blyth branch and his lovely colleagues have been absolutely amazing during the whole process. Without Graham I probably would have been completely lost with understanding all of the steps of buying a property so I honestly can not thank him enough for all of his hard work!

GoogleWe bought our house in Bedlington through Pattinson's. They were a pleasure to deal with - the phone always got answered, and my questions were either answered or passed on promptly to the seller and their solicitors. Everything seemed to run very smoothly and efficiently, and the staff were always friendly and approachable. When it comes to selling the property I'd be entirely happy to use Pattinson's as they seem easy to deal with and reliable.

Having dealt with a lengthy and protracted purchase of a house (none of the delay is attributed to Pattinson) I must single out Marian Reed for praise. She was cheerful, professional, helpful, patient despite the delays imposed by solicitors and offered a type of customer service that is sadly missing in customer facing businesses. I would certainly use Pattinson again without hesitation.

An employee named Stephen was really helpful and made my choice so much easier showing me some wonderful properties.
