Words cannot fully describe the high quality of service I received from Chris and the team at Your Move, Bedford. I first met Chris when he came to my house to talk over the selling process. From that very first meeting I could sense I was communicating with someone who was ready to listen, helpful in his replies, and overall friendly in approach. At no time did things feel rushed, and there was no sales pressure to sign up to their service. Subsequent to that meeting, I felt confident to have Chris and his team act as my Estate Agent. Right from the start interest in my property was evident; viewings of which I was informed of promptly …along with any feedback potential buyers gave. When a buyer was lined up, I was regularly updated of the selling process throughout. As in many instances of house selling, there is the potential for (unforeseen) problems to arise. When in my case a couple of problems did arise, Chris was there providing support - whilst generously giving that extra mile of service. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move (Bedford) to anyone looking for a professional service, and who has the client’s best interest at heart. Highly Recommend!

During the lockdown me and my partner managed to get our funds together for our first home. We originally purchased a house with another estate agent. To our surprise we got gazumped pretty quickly by the previous company which made it pretty hard for me and my partner to trust an estate agent again! But as lockdown eased off and people were getting back to slight normality we found our ideal first home again. This time with "your move" and with Chris helping us through the whole process. Being the first people to get in there and view the property masked and gloved up we made an offer which wasn't refused. From the moment the offer was accepted Chris has been in contact with us right up to handing the keys over. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thankyou again to Chris and the team at your move.

The team at Your Move in Bedford have been nothing but supportive of our house purchase. From the very start they listened to what we wanted, managed to find a house that fit all our criteria and then managed the purchase through to completion. They even found a house that was not on the market and convinced the owner to sell it! The chain although small ended up with multiple complexities including the sellers of the house we were purchasing being in a different country, but Chris and his team managed to cope with all its complexities keeping us and the sellers well informed at all times. Thanks to their support we now have the house of our dreams, our children have transferred to the local school and we are closer to my parents to provide daily support as needed. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to purchase through Your Move for the professional and informative service they bring to the house purchasing process.

Way how this company treats potential customers is unacceptable! Visited them to ask about one property. Person I spoke with wasn't resonsible for this sector of business, but took all my details and promissed to let me know. For a week didn't have anything back from them. After email got an apology and asked again for contact number. Was promissed that they will call me to schedule appointment. Never heard of them since. 2 weeks and didn't manage to visit property! Total waste of time!

From the very first day of meeting Chris from Your Move i could see how efficient they were going to be. Not only was Chris down to earth, he explained everything clearly and questions were welcomed, he took his time with us and it didn't feel rushed at all. We had been with another estate agents who just were not bringing the viewings in and we felt forgotten about after a while but as soon as we went with Your Move we got viewings the same week and most weeks thereafter. We had to tackle Brexit and then Covid19 but they continued to work hard to get people through the door (keeping everyone safe from the pandemic of course). We had many viewings and good feed back for some time but no sale. Your Move didn't rest, even though we were getting down hearted at home. Then one day, it happened! We SOLD! Throughout the whole sale they kept us informed and updated. When there was a long wait for the searches we still got a phone call or an email to tell us that they haven't forgotten us and gave us approximate dates as soon as they had an idea and then confirmed them asap. We were well and truly looked after. Selling a house is stressful enough, the whole team at Your Move, Mark and Stewart also, were fantastic and i couldn't really ask for more from an estate agents. I highly recommend these guys. We have had such a good experience with them and they work hard to get your property sold and get viewings through the door. Thank you guys :)

Misleading advertising

Advertised house as having a £15K reduction and received two marketing calls to go and view. Put an offer through that was above the offers in access of price and was told that the seller wanted at least £360K! When advertised at overs above £350K waste of my time viewing and talking to their mortgage advisor! This type of advertising is just wrong, they are trying to intrest but is misleading to say the least.

I applied for a property here and was told that the property failed an electrical test and "was not going to be let anytime soon", the next week the property was let agreed to somebody else. It was also listed as detached although it was semi detached. What a bunch of liars. Glad I didn't get involved with this estate agency.
