The best!!! From the very start, the experience was friendly, personal, and completely stress-free. Communication was excellent and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Marcia was genuinely wonderful. She was always there when needed, incredibly supportive, and clearly cared about every detail. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and the result was better than we hoped for. Would recommend Marcia without hesitati

As someone who hasn't had a great time with estate agents, Marcia is incredible. She does exactly what she says she will, charges fairly and it feels like she's actually working for you. If you are in her area I would honestly skip the rest and just give Marcia a call.

We recently bought our home through Urban Luxe and can’t recommend enough. Marcia was extremely professional and a great communicator throughout the whole process. We initially viewed a different house and Marcia recommended the house we ended up purchasing as we fell in love with it! We have been really impressed with the service and would have no hesitation using them again in future. Thanks for everything!

Marcia was absolutely fantastic! In what was, at points, a stressful process due to lots of things going on in the chain, Marcia always kept us updated and went above and beyond to sort things. She really persevered and enabled us to get into our new house quickly! I’m sure that, without Marcia, it probably would have fallen through or we would have had to wait another few months. We would really recommend Marcia if you are looking to sell or buy! She really does do so much more than other estate agents! She seems so much more productive and certainly gets the job done, which is what you really need during a house move! We really appreciate everything she did for us!!! Although we’re hoping not to move again, if we do, Marcia will be the first one we call! Thank you so much for everything, Marcia!

We had the pleasure of working with Marcia for the sale of our house, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Marcia has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout the entire process. She was always there for us, responding quickly day and night, often working harder to get the sale through than the solicitors did. Marcia is not only a lovely person but also very helpful and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her dedication and responsiveness made the entire process much less stressful. We highly recommend Marcia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Marcia, for all your hard work and for making this experience a positive one! ---

Cannot recommend Urban Luxe property and Marcia enough. Marcia took care of us from start to finish through the process of buying our new house and the sale of our own property and she held our hand through the whole process. We were a tricky case and Marcia made sure we got the result we wanted and needed for our family, something we are all so grateful for. She knew how important this move was for us and she put in 110% effort and daily work to make it happen for us. Marcia as a person is wonderful and we have gained a friend for life, but Marcia as a professional is outstanding and we know had we of gone with anyone else we would not of got the result we did. Thank you Marcia and Urban Luxe for giving us the home we have always dreamt of.

I bought my first house through Urban Luxe Property Ltd and cannot praise them enough for making sure I had a smooth and organised process. Marcia kept in contact with me every step of the way and answered all of the questions I had, no matter how big or small. Quality & personal , Marcia is commited to her clients and willing to go above & beyond every step of the way. A great estate agent if you want a bespoke experience and not a shop front and salesmanship. Full service in one place with expert advice on mortgages, recommendations for conveyancing and brilliant after care to top it off!
