So far Jamal has been extremely helpful and communicative - something lacking from previous agents! He found me a tenant very quickly and all paperwork and arrangements have been made correctly and in a timely manner.

I was looking for an agent to let out my property and I came across rent any property. I can affirmatively say their service and fees are second to none. They were not after getting my money for their service but they ensure I got the right tenant that could afford and look after my property. I would recommend them for anyone looking for an honest letting agent to manage their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Rentanyproperty are awesome! They response to my requests efficiently and regularly provide me leads that turn into room lets. Tenants can contact me directly and I can add new properties easily to their excellent portal. If there is anything I am not sure about there is always someone on the end of the phone who knows what they are talking about and help me there and then. Clearly this company is going places....

Strongly recommend “rentanyproperty” for their level of service throughout the rental process. We were initially apprehensive on this fairly new letting agency in town but were immensely impressed with the professional approach, personal attention and efforts from Jamal, the man in charge himself. Regular viewing updates, working in the interest of the landlord with realistic market viewpoint, continuous guidance and personalisation services are few of the aspects differentiating them strongly from others.

Did everything he said he would. Even in this service relationship I felt Jamal didn't try to push just any offer through - together we found the right people for my property. He always stayed in touch and made life easy. Would recommend if you want to let your property with minimal hassle.

Excellent organised management by the customer service team. I was very impressed with the proffessional approach Jamal has in the means of how he looks after landlords giving each and every one personal attention and his efforts are amazing, the man in charge himself guided me through the whole process as well as the great service the customer team delivered, Jamal goes beyond expection which I found lacking in many other estate agents. Jamal keeps you informed all the way is honest, open, helpful and very efficient in everything he does. He found me ideal tenants in a matter of days, dealt with referencing and completed all relevant agreements. I would not hesitate to recommend to other landlords requiring assistance with letting their properties this very friendly, helpful and above all very supportive and quick to respond to any enquires service that is given by rentanypropery. Another factor is that the service is at the fraction of the cost of any other agent making it yet another postive aspect of the service that they deliver. I was so pleased to have been kept informed all the way through making me feel so much at ease, best service one could wish for. I recommend a thousand times over 100%.

An excellent service from start to finish. Having tried a few more traditional high street agents and having no joy I decided to see what on online service could offer though rentanyproperty.co.uk. the experience was good not only by finding a suitable tennant within a couple of viewings but by the whole process of creating a great online advertisement, communication and converting leads into viewings, organising tennant references, tenancy agreement, gas/electric ceftificates. It was all covered and I felt at ease all the way through. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

I have to say that rentanyproperty platform is easy to use and navigate. House descriptions are clear and to my knowledge accurate. Direct and immediate contact with the landlord is a plus. The whole process with background check and all was also easy to do and to understand. In my situation rentanyproperty founder's input was really valuable. Kind and understanding to the small nuances that came up he was and very accommodating. Also rentanyproperty representative's response to the problems with the house was immediate. Over all my experience with rentanyproperty was great and would gladly recommend the service to friends and colleagues.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

When my tenants served their notice, I was worried about re-letting my property. I needn't have been, because with Jamal's help it was a breeze. Within a couple of weeks of advertising the property, Jamal found me suitable high quality tenants and I owe a great deal of gratitude to him. I saved a lot of money, as did the tenants and would have no hesitation in recommending Rentanyproperty to anyone thinking of letting a property. Dr Shirley.

A good company, that rightly so, prioritises the needs of the landlord and not the tenants. Edit: This is an anon review for obvious reasons, but do so as you wish, instead of dealing with your service issue.
