We will recommend their Kim for so many reasons.We have been really impressed with her professionalism, approachability, friendliness an general clam and practicality. There was never any sense pressure or obligation and she was always polite and patient and did her best to fit in with our busy lives. FacebookVery poor letting agent, we rented from one of Leaders landlords for 2 years. We had lots of maintenance issues which we reported numerous times all with photographic evidence including leaks leading to black mould within the property. They did one inspection in 2 years and the landlord refused to visit the property even after being invited by us. The landlord is now trying to invoice us over £2000 for maintenance after leaving the property which Leaders are trying to defend. Communication has been shocking through out staff have come and gone and no one has kept up to date with the issues we have encountered the stress our family has been put through and now continues to be even after leaving is awful.
