Ben is an excellent agent. Whilst I haven't sold my house with him directly, I can definitely confirm he is a superb estate agent, and I would certainly consider using his services when the need arises. We were selling our house to a friend (private sale), but our friend was struggling to sell their house. They changed from their previous agent to Ben from Fine & Country, and immediately started to get interest and offers, and they have now completed on the sale of their house and the purchase of our house. Although Ben wasn't anything to do with the sale of our house, he kept in touch with us, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Many, many thanks for your help Ben!

Having recently sold our house with Fine and Country, we would like to thank Ben Perkins for his sterling work on the sale. Ben's commitment was total, 24/7, and he was always looking for possible buyers and other avenues to draw attention to the house, not just relying on the website as a shop window.
