GoogleThe staff at Cooper Beard have been nothing but amazing, professional, honest and extremely helpful. A huge thank you to Johnathan, Natalie, Laura, Paris and another young gentleman I’ve forgotten his name. I would highly recommend them if you’re buying or selling properties. Thank you very much.

GoogleProfessional and experienced Estate Agents who know their Bedfordshire area and all aspects of their job inside out. Honest, easy to deal with agents who have sold four properties for me over several years, including a probate valuationan and subsequent executor sale. Reasonable fees and I have been very happy with the sale prices they have achieved. A great team with special thanks to Beth and Jonathan for all their help.

GoogleJonathan and the team at Cooper Beard were brilliant. Always attentive and willing to help out, my purchase would not have gone through as smoothly as it did without them. As a first time buyer their guidance was spot on and helped me navigate a very tricky process without too much stress! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

GoogleWhen looking for a property to purchase in the Bedford area, I viewed several properties with Cooper Beard. I found them to be professional, extremely helpful and knowledgable about the properties they were marketing. Although I did not end up purchasing a property through them, I would have no hesitation in using them to sell my home in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
