GoogleI was viewing a flat to rent for a while ago. No answer since then from them. As a potential customer I was expecting a text or email even they've arranged with someone else. First and last occasion.

GoogleThe property management service was terrible, and only added stress to letting a house. In effect they weren't managing the property but constantly asking me questions or ignoring problems - I felt that I had to manage the management company. They were so poor in fact that at one point, when I requested the new tenancy agreement from a few month prior, it turned out that they actually hadn't got the tenant to sign - leaving me at considerable risk. Also didn't inspect the property regularly. For the money they charge (15%) I'd definitely go somewhere else or manage it yourself.

GoogleJust into my third year with Zoe,Gwen and the team and can't fault the service so far .Recent change of tenant has been handled extremely well too.I don't recommend easily but this is well warranted.

GoogleThe Belvoir sales and lettings teams are second to none. I used them to purchase a buy-to-let flat. They provided non-pushy, professional and friendly advice throughout the entire process. I am now using the fantastic lettings team. They were proactive in setting me up as a landlord, told me everything I needed to do and went out of their way on a number of occasions to offer to do things for me. They quickly found me a tenant. I would 100% recommend them for everything and will use them again.

GoogleI've recently moved into a new rented home with help from Belvoir, and I can honestly say that the whole experience has been quite an impressive one. I especially liked: - mobile, on location payment system (in other words, you like a place, you can immediately pay the retention fee and secure the house) - extensive inventory, 200 or so pictures, in-depth details on every single scratch in the house - this really gave us peace of mind. - exceptional punctuality and transparency. As far as we're concerned, Belvoir is the best agency we've ever worked with, they're trustworthy and customer-facing. It sets a standard that most other agencies should try to adhere to.

allAgents"Very disappointing.. We were..."
Very disappointing.. We were renting for over a Year just to find out that the boiler was leaking Carbon monoxide Due to missing part. Their gas engineer then 'fixed' the boiler with DIY part, so in fear we decided to move out. Now, we are trying to get our deposit back, but Belvoir wants to charge us for 'reconnecting' connected gas fire. Avoid the agency if you are tenant, they will ignore you when you need something, they only care about the landlords.

I had my house on with another agent and had nothing but hassle..problem tenants , poor quality inventories, poor inspection visits etc. I then found Belvoir and have used them for over 2 years now and I'm so impressed. For one thing they care and they have standards which are high. I trust their selection of tenants. Gwen and Zoe are very thorough. Repairs and problems are sorted efficiently. If I email them - they respond unlike several other agents in town. An inspection visit is just that....they don't visit find a tenant isn't in and submit a report anyway!! If you want an agent who actually earns their fee choose Zoe and Gwen.
