GoogleI had a great experience purchasing my home from Roberts Hunt. In a time (2021) where the housing market has been crazy and unfair to buyers especially first time buyers such as ourselves and I have felt estate agents (such as chancellors) have taken advantage of buyers and exploited desperation for every penny ! Roberts hunt remained fair. They were helpful and responsive throughout and although seemingly very busy never failed to get back to us and cooperate on all our needs (access to the property when needed). GoogleI live in Australia and I came over Feb to get my house ready for sale. I asked James to do a valuation for me and agreed to put it up for sale. I came back to Australia and within 2 weeks I had 2 offers, one of which has led to the sale of the property. Being so far away, I needed someone that I could trust to look after the property and bring in trades as required. He even handled getting a tree cleared that was blown down by the strong winds in Feb. If I had to purchase or rent in the area, I would head back to Roberts-Hunt as I've been very satisfied with their excellent and professional service. James, like his parent's who I bought the property from 25 years ago, has continued the family tradition of great customer service. I'd highly recommend him, and his team, to anyone wanting to sell, buy or rent property having used all of those services.

I was struggling to sell my property with a well known agent and thought of taking my house of the Market.Then I met James and from that moment on it was a breeze. Very honest , knowledgeable and friendly thru out it was the same helpful approach whether I was dealing with James , Grace or Maria. Initially they found tenants that were fantastic and then a smooth sale 18 months later , during all the problems caused during the COVID lock downs. Absolutely 1st class.

GoogleMy family chose Roberts-Hunt to sell our family home after our Mum passed away. We had a lot of choice of estate agents but felt that James from Roberts-Hunt understood and listened to us better than the others. We made the right choice. James and any other staff member that we had contact with, were professional, understanding, knowledgeable of the market and prompt with their actions. This was an emotional time for my family and James let us do things in our own time. No pressure but giving us all the information we needed, in order to make decisions. The staff at Roberts-Hunt sold Mums home at a good price, keeping us updated and dealing with negotiations. They also recommended us a great solicitor too. FacebookRenting over the last 3 years with roberts hunt has been the most delightful and pleasurable experience i have ever had dealing with estate agents! Any questions or issues are dealt with promptly, emails are answered same day without the need to be chased. Any phone calls made to the office has been met with polite well mannered and knowledgeable staff who couldnt do anymore to assist with your enquiry. Overall i would recommend this estate agents every day of the week!
