We're proud to have been serving the Beckenham area for over 10 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent, not only in Beckenham but also in the surrounding areas. In 2018, James and Lucy from the Crystal Palace office, took over Beckenham and brought with them their exceptional service. GoogleA huge thank you to James and his team for all the support and guidance during our tricky flat purchase. Throughout the transaction James put in the extra work to chase up the solicitors on both sides of the transaction and always kept me up to date on any changes. James was always prompt with his replies and went the extra mile for me to ensure the sale went through, which he didn’t have to do🙂. I highly recommend James and his team as they helped me secure my first property and even helped manage the tenancy/rent of my garage. Can’t thank them enough! If you’re in the Beckenham area then look no further, they’re the best in business and will definitely be using them again in the future.

GoogleI sold my property through Martin & Co., Beckenham Branch last year and received an excellent service from James Gough and his team. I had rented out the property for the previous 14 years, also through Martin & Co., and decided to market the property through them as I had received exemplary service from James Gough since he took over the Beckenham Branch. I received offers on the first day of viewing and the sale was very efficiently expedited from start to completion by James Gough. I would definitely use Martin & Co.'s services if I was renting out or selling a property in the Beckenham area again.

GoogleJust moved rental agents to Martin and Co. How utterly refreshing to speak to helpful, supportive, intelligent, diligent staff who understand and get the job done. There were huge works to perform in the short period before the new tenants moved in, and the staff at Martin and Co got in there and sorted it. They also noticed incorrect paperwork handed over from the previous agent, and were practical in arranging a back-up cleaning appointment if the tenant failed to clean. And thank goodness they did. Just a great job. Cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleVery unprofessional and unclear. I'll never looking for a flat with them. They have no respect for the "future tenant". And they use Van Milder as their reference agency even worse. It has been the worse experience ever. I had to call to know anything about my reference, my flat, dates and if everything was ok or not. They let us pay and then nothing else, no updates, no calls. And they changed their location so we couldn't be able even to speak personally with someone. Very disappointed.

GoogleEmailed about a property Thursday, spoke with Jason on Friday, viewed on Monday - sorted and mine by Friday. Can't thank Jason and his team enough: nothing was too much trouble. I ran late after work to the viewing and Jodie waited way past the 6pm appointment for me. Friendly and personal communication and I got me a new home. Very happy to recommend.

They were also helpful with organising other services eg furniture removal, organising end of tenancy clean, which was very helpful and appreciated.

GoogleSuch a shame this branch doesn’t work with relocation agents. Despite me being fully retained with my clients, the lady on the phone denied a viewing. I feel sorry for the landlords of Malory Close whose agents are missing opportunity to bring good long term tenants.
