GoogleI recently moved into my new home with Truepennys Estate Agents Beckenham/Bromley Branch and honestly had a really good experience from start to finish.
Rowan Ellis was amazing throughout the whole process. He was always quick to reply, kept me updated regularly, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at every stage. No question ever felt like a silly one, he took the time to explain everything properly and made things really clear and easy to understand. He was also really proactive, checking in and chasing things up so nothing got delayed, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. On top of that, he was just genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience feel a lot more relaxed.
On move-in day, Mia Lloyd (the property manager) was also really helpful and available if we needed anything, which made settling in a lot easier. She also followed up afterwards to check everything was okay and if we needed anything, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the whole team made things feel smooth and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to move, they made what could’ve been a stressful process feel pretty easy!

GoogleI wouldn’t do business with this team. We had a leak from a flat above us (which they manage) and the customer service they demonstrated, in urgent situations, was lacking. Should I sell my flat or rented, I would definitely go with someone else so one needs to do their homework before taking any decision regarding employing Homezone to manage their property; the last thing one needs, is a rude realtor.
