I would recommend Tariq, Fraser and the Grafton team after selling a property with them. I was not resident at the property but this was no issue and I had regular updates by phone and email, so I was constantly aware of what was happening which really helped make the process much easier. I cannot recommend Grafton's Estate Agents highly enough when it comes to selling property! From start to finish, Tariq exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a successful one. Despite initial uncertainty as to whether to go with a bigger firm, from our first meeting it was clear that Tariq truly cared about our needs and goals, as well as had the experience and skills needed. We didn't regret our decision for a second and were shocked and impressed with the number of viewings from the get go which produced a turnaround of listing to under offer (at agreed price) in under 3 weeks. Communication was impeccable throughout and Tariq was able to build rapport with our Buyer also, which was critical in getting this over the line as we ran into hurdles! What really stood out was Tariq's proactive and intuitive approach. Whether it was marketing the property, negotiating with potential buyers or managing unforeseen challenges, Tariq consistently went the extra mile.
