I used Foxtons Beckenham office to sell my period conversion flat. I first had it valued by Foxtons as well as KFH. Foxtons valued my property at £399,950 and KFH valued my property between £365,000-£385,000. KFH offered a fee of 1.5% + VAT and Foxtons do not negotiate their standard 2.5% + VAT fee. Despite the difference in fee I chose Foxtons as my selling agent as they seemed a lot more professional and enthusiastic about selling my property. On the second viewing of my property Fin (sales negotiator) received a fantastic offer of £395,000 which we were really happy with being that was £10,000 more than what KFH said they believed they could achieve! Throughout the process Fin kept all parties updated every step of the way making it feel a lot less stressful. I know my stuff about selling properties, however when it is your own property you are selling it can still be very stressful so I think it's important to use a professional. I can't thank Fin enough for his efforts in selling my property. From start to finish we received first class service from Foxtons, and more importantly a great price for our property. Thank you!

Really pleased with the provided services..Dealing with Craig was a pleasure and the time spent with him going around to see properties was not boring..educated and presentable, well done to him.. I have been in touch with all the agencies on the market, but none of them put so much attention to their customers like Foxtons. When first phoned me, i have spent like 30 min talking with Craig about details and requirements and when the conversation finished i was impressed saying to myself "professional and happy to work with them"..

‘My first contact with Foxtons Estate Agents was when I responded to a viewing on the website. Alexandra Willis contacted me the next day. At first I was surprised that Alexandra Willis asked me so many, many questions to ascertain the sort of property I was looking for. I had contacted a few agents by this time and my experience was either I was booked straight for a viewing or a minimum number of questions were asked to ascertain what my position was with regards to property purchase. However, because Alexandra Willis explained that she wanted to really be sure she could look out for what I was looking for, and because of her friendly personality, I was happy to answer these questions. And... I found that Alexandra Willis really meant it. She was thorough and the properties she informed me about were meeting the criterias that she had picked up through our first conversation, and....she did not forget...and did not try to parcel off something which was not what I was looking for....just for the sake of filling in a list for "open house days". Alexandra Willis has throughout this process remained very patient and as friendly, as when we first talked. In fact I take my hat off to Alexandra Willis for her professionalism which underlies her friendliness. In spite of not purchasing through Foxtons she has kept steady contact with me and boosted my flaying energies when things have gone completely wrong with my chosen purchase. Alexandra Willis has been a Bright Shining Star on dark mornings when I have needed to sound someone out or needed a bright voice to start my day with courage. She has advised me wisely when asked for her opinions by giving me very appropriate information to help me make up my own mind. In the very stressful process of house selling and buying I have needed a supportive person and Alexandra Willis is this constant. I know that Estate Agents have a job to do and a business to run but with all my negative experiences of other agents with their agendas I have found "Humanity" in the way Alexandra Willis has kept up contact with me. Perhaps all Estate Agents could take up this informat ion to specially create a post where Clients who are specifically looking for support to see them through nominate someone with the skills of Alexandra Willis to provide this unique selling point for their business. I feel sure that if ever I have to recommend someone or sell my property again then I will contact Foxtons and especially Alexandra Willis.’

Firstly thank you Priscilla for all your hard work, determination and tact. I was expecting the sale to be awkward with a tenant in situ facing eviction, but you dealt with that perfectly, getting viewings arranged at the house with tenant co operation. The house was tired in appearance but you sold the house and its potential for upgrading and you maintained that especially after the buyer decided on a full survey just before exchange. I found all staff a pleasure to deal with, I was always met with a smile and a positive response. You obviously work as a team, but thanks again Priscilla. You dealt with all the little setbacks and saw the sale to completion, overcoming objections and problems as they arose, reassuring the buyer all the way. WELL DONE

My purpose in emailing you is to tell you something which you probably already know - Charlie Brown is a real asset to Foxtons. From her first contact with us Charlie struck exactly the right balance. She was very keen to get our business and did so without appearing pushy. Charlie was persistent and professional. On the day of viewing nothing was too much trouble for Charlie - she took us to potentially suitable properties and answered our questions fairly and frankly. This sale was my first experience of selling a property. Working with Dan Chapman in Foxtons, Beckenham branch was not only seemless but exceeded our expectations from the start. He anticipated our needs and was supportive in guiding us in a professional effcient and empathatic manor. He kept us updated throughout. I am sure most property sales are stressful but with Dan's sterling effort I think this sale was alot less stressful for us. He was on the ball with the both solicitor's and did all and more, that was nessesary to ensure smooth transfer of ownership. In fact we both think why have a solicitor when you have someone like Dan. He is a credit to Foxtons Can't recommend the Beckenham branch enough if your selling.

Poor service from Foxton's in Beckenham. Firstly offered us a property which we paid the deposit and rent in advance for but they couldnt do the deal due to a broken boiler, then transferred offer to another property with promise that this one was ok however this was delayed due to problems with boiler again. Over all terrible experience and poor customer service from staff aswell.

Foxtons were very expensive and poor value for money. They sourced some very poor tenants who then ruined my house which their march out report didn't reflect at all. Unresolved nightmare in trying to repair damages together with unhelpful and very poor advice throughout. An awful experience.
