GoogleFrom the moment I started the process I knew I was in good hands. Selling your house is a daunting prospect but the guys at Durrants were amazing - in particular Koryn, who kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Durrants and the team at Beccles. Both for selling and buying a property. They really care about their clients and that makes a real difference when you are making huge decisions in your life like houses. A massive thank you guys.

GoogleExcellent experience with Durrants Beccles. From start to finish in 6 weeks! Koryn especially and the whole team have been fantastic! Super responsive, always chasing to ensure progress was being made, and no question unanswered. This was my first house sale and Koryn was so helpful and reassuring. Would highly recommend selling with Durrants. The whole process has been swift and stress free! Thanks so much for making my first house sale so easy!

GoogleExtremely disappointed with Durrants. Emails went unanswered, calls never returned, and whenever we asked for Koryn we were told she was “on the other line” but she never called back. She admitted they had other properties to focus on, making it clear ours wasn’t a priority. They never chased leads or kept us in the loop with anything, a complete contrast to the service we’re now getting from our current agents. We were charged £420 for “marketing and photography” yet saw no marketing whatsoever, not even a sign outside. Their contract is also very misleading, with a hidden two-week notice period added on to the 12 weeks. Everyone should read it carefully before signing. If your property isn’t worth millions, don’t bother with Durrants. Poor communication, no effort, and an attitude that shows they simply don’t care.

GoogleKoryn was so helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. I was kept up to date regularly throughout the process and couldn’t ask for a quicker response to email enquires. The Beccles team were amazing at solving any issues I had and kept the house purchase on track and completing on the house within 3 months.

GoogleI can’t say nothing other than good about these Agents . I purchased my bungalow through them and they assisted me every step of the way . Always thorough , helpful and most of all professional. James Frost was my main agent here and he came and helped out on several viewing attendances as I needed many measurements etc taken and tradesman in to advise and do quotes which saved me a lot on not having to instruct an expensive surveyor . Thank you James you were an absolute star 🌟 and associates John and Lisa were most helpful in James’s absence. I'm glad I didn't listen to the other estate agents advice about marketing at a much lower amount. I have bought and sold through Durrants and have been pleased both times. I wouldn't hesitate at recommending them. They aren't pushy either which would have put me off.

They did stupendously and achieved an excellent price for what superficially looked like a shell completely run down and in a poor state of repair. My mother's home in Dunwich has a huge amount of potential and I am incredibly proud that it was recognised. Well done Durant's in Southwold!!
