GoogleWe recently sold our property with another agent and simultaneously bought our new home with Joan Hopkin (Beaumaris office) It was a long process due to complications with our sale but we gained the majority of our support and information from Joan Hopkin even though they weren't our agent! Their excellent communication made a complicated sale/purchase much less stressful. Thanks Iwan, you made what seemed to be "the impossible" possible for us!!

GoogleI recently sold my house with this estate agent. My home was valued at a realistic price, Iwan/Gareth were professional at all times. They responded well to any queries or anxieties I had and provided me with excellent support and guidance throughout, keeping me well informed of and developments. If any unexpected issues arose they dealt with it with empathy and remained calm. I highly recommend them to anyone selling/buying a property. Diolch yn fawr am bob dim.

GoogleWhat can I say about my experience with Joan Hopkins? Right from the start they were a delight to deal with, from my initial conversation with Iwan regarding a valuation (when he assured me he would sell the property quickly - as you would expect!), to my conversations with Dafydd. Both were readily available and very professional and quick to provide follow up after viewings. This is something that you would expect form an agent as standard but all too often I have had to chase other agents which is very frustrating at what is a very stressful time. Iwan went beyond what I expected, making sure the property was in the optimal state for viewings and ready for completion. As Iwan promised, the house was sold quickly (we even had an offer before it went on the market), and we had a sale within a week. Thank you so much to Iwan and Daffyd, I couldnβt have appointed better people to sell our our house - both from a people and business perspective - great service and wonderful, attentive people.

GoogleSimply magnificent from start to finish. I would never have believed that an estate agency could perform at this level. I sold my house on Anglesey using Iwan and Dafydd. The first buyer dropped out, and they organised multiple new viewings within the week, managing everything perfectly until the sale completed. I achieved a great price, and felt extremely well supported during the sale. I originally had my house valued by multiple agents a year before deciding to sell. Iwan stood out from the others, and calling him back the next year was one one of the best decisions I've ever made. Quite simply, Iwan and Dafydd set the benchmark for excellence in this profession. I highly recommend this agency.

GoogleWhat can we say? We couldn't do Iwan & Dafydd's jobs. Wouldn't have their endless patience. Cannot fault the customer service. They are diplomats, psychologists, good at getting positive outcomes from tricky situations. Friendly, professional, informative, empathetic, personal, honest, reliable & always helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Many thanks for helping us get our forever home and thank you too for the goodie box.

GoogleWe can honestly say that our experience with these agents was a delight. They were professional to the highest level but with an injection of warmth, humour and dedication to the cause. Proactive to the core as these were the only agents we got real telephone calls from suggesting properties we might like rather than the bulk emails other agents sent out. They are property sellers and buyers "matchmakers" ! Calls and emails were repsonded to very quickly. Start to completion took just 7 weeks with them acting as middle men between the solicitors and giving them a friendly nudge when required. Nothing was too much trouble for Dafydd and Iwan...we dealt more with Iwan on this occasion and he was so dedicated to getting us across the winning line ..giving the total customer wrap. WELL DONE to you both and a million thanks.

GoogleFantastic Service, professional advice, easy to deal with. My husband and I decided to sell our property in Anglesey and whilst happy to show people around the house, we felt it a sensible option to use a professional to help guide us through the process. Iwan visited and gave us advice on the best way to present the property. The day he visited initially was a cloudy day and whilst he took some great pictures, he was more than happy to return when the sun was out to take more pictures of the garden. The processing of selling your house is not without stresses, it is far easier with an Estate Agent like Joan Hopkins, they have the experience to guide you through, I could not provide any higher recommendation.

GoogleProfessional, friendly, pragmatic and proactive estate agents who have a wealth of knowledge of the local housing market and the local area. We have recently purchased a house through them and they were one of the best agents we have ever dealt with. One of their differentiating factors was that they were always available to help and be on hand for any questions, concerns or help. Their flexibility was a huge bonus to us and it was recognised how much they wanted to do for you. Furthermore, they would email straight back, answer calls promptly and if they were out of viewings, we'd get a call right back. They couldn't do enough for us and we can't wait to use you in the future! A huge thank you all round!

Recommended house clearers (excellent), cleaners (as property was vacant) and removals firm (who delivered efficiently to multiple destinations).
