Utterly Absent

We had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.

Bellingram sold my property in the highlands for me very quickly and negotiated the price i was looking for. The property was a hard sell as it was a holiday let with a very tight market. the fact they pulled this off in such a short timescale was really a great achievement on their part. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to buy or sell in the highlands

On the recommendation of a friend I instructed Bell Ingram to sell my house on the Isle of Lewis. I chose them because they have a greater reach than the Island Estate Agents. They sent a large number of viewers and I received very helpful and insightful advice from them in a number of situations where I had no experience. Joanne and Julie in the Beauly office always responded promptly to any enquiry I had and I am delighted with the service I received. So much so that I recommended them to another friend and they sold his house on the first day! From the moment we made contact with Bell Ingram's Inverness Office to request a viewing on the house we eventually purchased, we couldn't have asked for a better service. We flew up to Inverness Airport and the first viewing was arranged to fit in with our arrival and return journey so we didn't have to wait around for long. Joanne showed us around the property and we explained that we needed to move quickly as another property we were supposed to be buying had fallen through at the last moment and she put our offer to the vendor very swiftly and a sale was agreed before we flew home. We were kept informed of progress throughout and other viewings of the house were organised for us without any hassle. We would highly recommend Bell Ingram to anyone wishing to buy a property and when the time comes, we shall definitely sell our property through them without hesitation.
